How do I know the status of instructions?
The three indicators on the left hand side of the screen will indicate at which stage the instructions are.
- Planned will indicate that an instruction is created but not printed.
- In Progress indicates that an instruction is printed and should be in the process of being carried out.
- Completed means that the instruction was returned by the operators and the actuals are recorded on On-Track.
Search or filter instructions
- Click on “Instructions” on the left side bar
- Type in the search bar any word which will be associated with the relevant instruction you are looking for (e.g. A123)
- The results will automatically be displayed as you type on the screen
- Click once or twice on the column names (e.g. Planned date) to sort the data in descending or ascending order
- Click on the column name again to go back to default sorting
