Follow these steps
This functionality is only available for an Account Holder. If you do not have an active subscription/seat assigned to you, you can click on the “Upgrade” button and skip the next 2 steps.
- If you have an active subscription/seat assigned to you, you can click on account logo (right top corner)
- Click on “Billing” in the dropdown menu
- Click on “Buy plan” in the top right corner
- On “Payment” screen fill in the voucher code and click on “Apply”
- On-Track will display an overview of what your voucher entails
- On “Billing info” fill in the relevant information as required: e.g. Tax number, Address, Postal code etc.
- Click on “Pay with voucher” to redeem your voucher
